I got my EOS M5 about a year ago and have loved using it. It is light weight and travels easily. I also got the adaptor that allows me to use my other Canon lenses with this body, but I almost never use it. Regular lenses add much weight and make the camera front heavy.
The pictures are sharp and it has much more flexibility when making ISO adjustments.
It does have some drawbacks. The screen on the back is a touch screen and I often change the focus point when I put the camera to my face to look through the viewfinder.
My other camera is a Canon 7D mark II and the menus on these 2 camera are different, so I’m having to learn where everything is again.
